1. 문서의 성격 / About these Terms
본 이용약관은 키위도시 서비스를 이용하는 조건을 정합니다. 키위도시는 뉴질랜드 한인 청년들이 정보, 경험, 리뷰, 질문을 나누는 커뮤니티 플랫폼입니다.
These Terms govern your use of KiwiDosi, a community platform for Korean-speaking people in New Zealand to share information, experiences, reviews, and questions.
본 문서는 일반 정보이며 법률 자문이 아닙니다. 출시 전 뉴질랜드 법률 전문가의 검토를 권장합니다.
2. 이용 자격 / Eligibility
키위도시는 16세 이상 사용자를 대상으로 합니다. 계정을 만들거나 콘텐츠를 게시하는 경우, 본 약관과 개인정보 처리방침 및 커뮤니티 가이드라인에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
KiwiDosi is intended for users aged 16 or over. By creating an account or posting content, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Statement, and the Community Guidelines.
3. 사용자 콘텐츠 / User Content
게시글, 댓글, 가이드, 리뷰, 이미지 및 기타 사용자가 올리는 콘텐츠의 책임은 해당 콘텐츠를 게시한 사용자에게 있습니다. 사용자는 자신이 게시한 콘텐츠가 사실에 근거하고, 타인의 권리와 뉴질랜드 법률을 침해하지 않도록 해야 합니다.
You are responsible for posts, comments, guides, reviews, images, and other content you submit. You must ensure your content is based on facts where presented as fact and does not infringe others' rights or New Zealand law.
사용자가 게시한 콘텐츠의 저작권은 원칙적으로 해당 사용자에게 남습니다. 다만 사용자는 키위도시가 서비스 운영, 표시, 저장, 백업, 신고 검토, 홍보용 미리보기 제공을 위해 해당 콘텐츠를 비독점적으로 사용할 수 있도록 허락합니다.
You retain ownership of your content, but grant KiwiDosi a non-exclusive licence to host, display, store, back up, review, and show previews of that content for operating the service.
4. 운영자 조치 / Moderation
키위도시는 커뮤니티의 안전, 신뢰, 질서 유지를 위해 운영자의 합리적 판단에 따라 게시물, 댓글, 이미지, 리뷰, 계정 또는 서비스 접근을 사전 통지 없이 숨김, 삭제, 제한 또는 정지할 수 있습니다.
KiwiDosi may hide, remove, restrict, suspend, or limit access to content, accounts, or the service without prior notice where we reasonably consider it necessary for safety, trust, or community order.
- 허위 정보, 오해를 부르는 정보, 사칭 또는 조작된 콘텐츠
- 명예훼손, 비방, 괴롭힘, 협박, 혐오 또는 차별적 표현
- 타인의 개인정보, 민감정보, 연락처 또는 위치 정보 노출
- 스팸, 광고, 사기, 불법 행위 조장 또는 보안 침해 시도
- 커뮤니티 분위기와 신뢰를 현저히 해치는 콘텐츠
We are not required to pre-screen all user content. A report does not guarantee removal, and no report does not mean content is approved.
5. 리뷰 정책 / Review Policy
리뷰는 실제 경험 또는 합리적으로 믿을 수 있는 직접적 경험에 근거해야 합니다. 허위 리뷰, 보복성 리뷰, 경쟁업체·직원·지인 등 이해관계를 숨긴 리뷰, 타인의 명예나 영업상 신용을 부당하게 훼손하는 리뷰는 제한될 수 있습니다.
Reviews must be based on genuine experience or a reasonably direct experience. Fake reviews, retaliatory reviews, undisclosed conflict-of-interest reviews, and reviews that unfairly damage a person's or business's reputation may be restricted.
업체, 서비스 제공자 또는 관련 당사자는 정정, 삭제, 반론 또는 신고를 요청할 수 있습니다. 키위도시는 요청을 검토하되 특정 결과를 보장하지 않습니다.
Businesses, service providers, or affected parties may request a correction, removal, reply, or review. KiwiDosi will consider the request but does not guarantee a particular outcome.
6. 중요한 정보에 대한 면책 / Important Information Disclaimer
키위도시에 게시된 비자, 이민, 고용, 세금, 법률, 의료, 주거, 금융 정보는 사용자 경험 공유일 수 있으며, 전문 자문이 아닙니다. 중요한 결정은 반드시 공식 기관 또는 자격 있는 전문가에게 확인해야 합니다.
Visa, immigration, employment, tax, legal, medical, housing, and financial information on KiwiDosi may be user experience only and is not professional advice. You should verify important decisions with official sources or qualified professionals.
7. 상업적 콘텐츠 / Commercial Content
현재 키위도시는 광고, 유료 노출, 제휴 또는 후원 리뷰를 기본 기능으로 제공하지 않습니다. 추후 도입되는 경우 관련 사실을 적절히 표시하고 약관 또는 정책을 업데이트할 수 있습니다.
KiwiDosi does not currently provide advertising, paid placement, affiliate promotions, or sponsored reviews as a core feature. If this changes, we may label commercial content and update these Terms or related policies.
8. 변경, 중단, 계정 종료 / Changes and Account Closure
키위도시는 서비스 기능, 정책, 약관을 변경하거나 일부 기능을 중단할 수 있습니다. 사용자는 마이페이지에서 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있으며, 계정이 삭제되어도 일부 게시 콘텐츠는 작성자 정보가 제거된 상태로 남을 수 있습니다.
KiwiDosi may change the service, policies, or Terms, or discontinue features. You may request account deletion from your account page. Some posted content may remain with author information removed.
9. 준거법 및 연락처 / Governing Law and Contact
본 약관은 뉴질랜드 법률에 따라 해석됩니다. 법적 문의는 legal@example.com 으로 보낼 수 있습니다. 이 이메일은 배포 전 실제 운영 이메일로 교체해야 합니다.
These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. Legal enquiries may be sent to legal@example.com. This placeholder must be replaced with the actual operating email before launch.
