커뮤니티 가이드라인 / Community Guidelines
1. 기본 원칙 / Core Principles
키위도시는 뉴질랜드에서 살아가는 한인 청년들이 경험과 정보를 나누는 공간입니다. 서로 다른 배경, 상황, 의견을 존중하고, 실제 사람과 비즈니스에 영향을 줄 수 있다는 점을 전제로 글을 작성해야 합니다.
KiwiDosi is a space for Korean-speaking people in New Zealand to share experience and information. Write with respect for different backgrounds and opinions, and remember that posts can affect real people and businesses.
2. 금지되는 콘텐츠 / Prohibited Content
- 사실이 아닌 정보, 조작된 정보, 확인되지 않은 소문을 사실처럼 쓰는 글
- 명예훼손, 개인 비방, 괴롭힘, 협박, 스토킹, 혐오 또는 차별 표현
- 타인의 이메일, 전화번호, 주소, 직장, 사진 등 개인정보 노출
- 불법 행위, 사기, 비자·세금·고용 관련 위법 행위 조장
- 스팸, 반복 홍보, 자동화 게시, 피싱 또는 악성 링크
- 커뮤니티 질서와 신뢰를 현저히 해치는 콘텐츠
Prohibited content includes false or manipulated information, defamation, harassment, threats, hate or discriminatory speech, disclosure of personal information, unlawful conduct, spam, phishing, malicious links, and content that seriously harms community trust.
3. 리뷰 작성 기준 / Review Standards
리뷰는 실제 경험 또는 합리적으로 믿을 수 있는 직접적 경험에 근거해야 합니다. 나쁜 경험을 공유할 수는 있지만, 단정적인 범죄 주장, 모욕, 보복성 표현, 확인되지 않은 소문은 피해야 합니다.
Reviews must be based on genuine or reasonably direct experience. You may share negative experiences, but avoid unsupported accusations, insults, retaliatory statements, or rumours presented as fact.
- 직접 이용하지 않은 업체에 대한 허위 또는 조작 리뷰 금지
- 경쟁업체, 직원, 지인 등 이해관계가 있으면 그 관계를 숨기지 않기
- 업체나 개인의 명예 또는 영업상 신용을 부당하게 훼손하지 않기
- 광고, 후원, 혜택 제공이 있는 경우 명확히 밝히기
4. 중요한 정보 / Important Information
비자, 이민, 고용, 세금, 법률, 의료, 주거, 금융과 관련된 정보는 반드시 공식 기관 또는 자격 있는 전문가에게 확인하세요. 커뮤니티 경험담은 전문 자문을 대체하지 않습니다.
Visa, immigration, employment, tax, legal, medical, housing, and financial information should be checked with official sources or qualified professionals. Community experience does not replace professional advice.
5. 운영 조치 / Enforcement
위반이 의심되는 콘텐츠는 운영자의 판단에 따라 사전 통지 없이 숨김, 삭제, 수정 제한, 계정 제한 또는 접근 제한될 수 있습니다. 반복 위반, 악의적 신고, 우회 계정 사용도 제재 대상입니다.
Content that appears to breach these Guidelines may be hidden, removed, restricted, or used as a basis for account limits without prior notice. Repeated breaches, malicious reports, and attempts to evade restrictions may also be actioned.
6. 신고 / Reports
문제가 되는 콘텐츠는 앱의 신고 기능 또는 신고 및 법적 요청 페이지를 통해 알려주세요. 긴급한 신체적 위험, 범죄, 자해 위험은 키위도시 신고만으로 대응하지 말고 뉴질랜드 긴급전화 111 또는 관련 기관에 연락해야 합니다.
Please report concerning content through the in-app report feature or the Complaints and Legal Requests page. For immediate physical danger, crime, or risk of self-harm, contact New Zealand emergency services on 111 or the relevant authority.
