신고 및 법적 요청 / Complaints and Legal Requests
1. 일반 신고 / In-App Reports
커뮤니티 글, 댓글, 가이드, 리뷰가 커뮤니티 가이드라인을 위반한다고 생각하는 경우 앱의 신고 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다. 신고가 접수되면 운영자가 콘텐츠, 맥락, 반복 위반 여부를 검토할 수 있습니다.
If you believe a post, comment, guide, or review breaches the Community Guidelines, you can use the in-app report feature. KiwiDosi may review the content, context, and any repeated behaviour.
신고가 접수되었다고 해서 반드시 삭제되는 것은 아니며, 신고가 없다고 해서 콘텐츠가 승인된 것도 아닙니다.
A report does not guarantee removal, and the absence of a report does not mean content has been approved.
2. 운영자 재량 조치 / Moderator Action
키위도시는 명백한 약관 위반, 안전 위험, 개인정보 노출, 불법 행위, 커뮤니티 질서 저해가 의심되는 콘텐츠를 사전 통지 없이 숨김, 삭제, 제한 또는 보존할 수 있습니다.
KiwiDosi may hide, remove, restrict, or preserve content without prior notice where it appears to breach the Terms, create safety risks, disclose personal information, involve unlawful activity, or undermine community trust.
3. 법적 요청 / Legal Requests
법적 요청, 개인정보 요청, 업체 또는 당사자의 정정·삭제·반론 요청은 legal@example.com 으로 보낼 수 있습니다. 이 이메일은 배포 전 실제 운영 이메일로 교체해야 합니다.
Legal requests, privacy requests, and requests for correction, removal, or reply from businesses or affected parties may be sent to legal@example.com. This placeholder must be replaced with the actual operating email before launch.
- 문제가 되는 콘텐츠의 URL 또는 식별 정보
- 요청 사유와 관련 법적 근거 또는 사실관계
- 요청자 이름, 연락처, 관련 당사자인 이유
- 긴급한 위해가 있는 경우 그 이유
4. Harmful Digital Communications Act
뉴질랜드 Harmful Digital Communications Act 2015와 관련된 유해 또는 불법 디지털 커뮤니케이션 통지가 접수되는 경우, 키위도시는 관련 법에서 정한 절차 또는 자체 운영 기준에 따라 해당 콘텐츠를 검토, 전달, 삭제, 숨김 또는 유지할 수 있습니다.
If KiwiDosi receives a notice about harmful or unlawful digital communications under New Zealand's Harmful Digital Communications Act 2015, we may review, forward, remove, hide, or retain the content under the relevant legal process or our moderation standards.
유효한 HDCA notice가 접수되면 필요한 경우 작성자에게 통지하고 답변 기회를 제공할 수 있습니다. 명백히 위험하거나 약관 위반으로 보이는 콘텐츠는 해당 절차와 별개로 즉시 제한될 수 있습니다.
Where a valid HDCA notice is received, we may notify the author and provide an opportunity to respond where appropriate. Content that appears clearly harmful or in breach of our Terms may be restricted immediately regardless of that process.
5. 긴급 상황 / Urgent Situations
신체적 위험, 자해 위험, 긴급 범죄, 즉각적인 안전 문제가 있는 경우 키위도시 신고만으로 대응하지 말고 뉴질랜드 긴급전화 111 또는 관련 기관에 직접 연락해야 합니다.
If there is physical danger, risk of self-harm, urgent crime, or an immediate safety issue, do not rely only on KiwiDosi reports. Contact New Zealand emergency services on 111 or the relevant authority.
