키위도시는 뉴질랜드 Privacy Act 2020의 원칙을 존중하며, 서비스 제공과 커뮤니티 운영에 필요한 범위에서 개인정보를 처리합니다.
KiwiDosi respects the principles of New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020 and handles personal information only as needed to provide and operate the community service.
본 문서는 일반 정보이며 법률 자문이 아닙니다. 출시 전 실제 운영 방식, 호스팅, 분석 도구, 이메일 시스템에 맞춰 검토해야 합니다.
2. 수집하는 정보 / Information We Collect
- 계정 정보: 이메일 주소, 닉네임, 사용자 ID, 가입 및 로그인 정보
- 콘텐츠 정보: 게시글, 댓글, 가이드, 리뷰, 이미지, 별점, 신고 내용
- 리뷰 위치 정보: 사용자가 입력하거나 선택한 주소, 좌표, 장소 식별자
- 기술 정보: 쿠키, 세션 정보, 조회 중복 방지 쿠키, 브라우저와 요청 정보, 보안 로그
- 문의 정보: 법적 요청, 개인정보 요청, 신고 또는 문의에 포함된 정보
We may collect account information, user content, review location information, cookies and technical logs, and information you include in enquiries, reports, or legal requests.
3. 이용 목적 / How We Use Information

- 게시글, 댓글, 리뷰, 가이드, 이미지 표시 및 검색

- 스팸, 사기, 남용, 보안 사고 방지 및 서비스 안정성 유지
- 조회수 중복 방지, 사용자 경험 개선, 오류 진단
We use information to operate accounts and content, process reports and legal requests, protect the service, prevent abuse, and improve reliability and user experience.
4. 공개되는 정보 / Public Information
닉네임, 공개 프로필, 게시글, 댓글, 가이드, 리뷰, 이미지, 별점, 작성 시각 등 사용자가 공개 영역에 게시한 정보는 다른 사용자와 방문자에게 보일 수 있습니다.
Nicknames, public profiles, posts, comments, guides, reviews, images, ratings, timestamps, and other information posted publicly may be visible to other users and visitors.
5. 제3자 처리자 / Service Providers
키위도시는 서비스 제공을 위해 Supabase, Vercel, OpenStreetMap Nominatim 등 외부 서비스를 사용할 수 있습니다. 이 과정에서 계정, 데이터베이스, 파일 저장, 호스팅, 주소 검색과 관련된 정보가 뉴질랜드 외 지역에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
KiwiDosi may use service providers such as Supabase, Vercel, and OpenStreetMap Nominatim for authentication, database, file storage, hosting, and address search. Information may be processed outside New Zealand where those providers operate.
6. 쿠키 / Cookies
키위도시는 로그인 상태 유지, 보안, 조회수 중복 방지, 서비스 작동을 위해 쿠키를 사용할 수 있습니다. 일부 쿠키는 브라우저 설정에서 제한할 수 있으나, 이 경우 서비스 일부 기능이 정상 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다.
KiwiDosi may use cookies for login sessions, security, view deduplication, and service functionality. You may restrict cookies in your browser, but some features may not work correctly.
7. 보관 및 삭제 / Retention and Deletion
개인정보는 서비스 운영, 법적 의무, 분쟁 해결, 보안 목적에 필요한 기간 동안 보관됩니다. 사용자가 계정을 삭제하면 계정 정보는 삭제되거나 비활성화될 수 있으며, 일부 콘텐츠는 작성자 정보가 제거된 상태로 남을 수 있습니다.
We keep personal information for as long as needed for service operation, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. If you delete your account, account information may be deleted or disabled, while some content may remain without author information.
8. 접근, 정정, 삭제 요청 / Access, Correction, and Deletion
사용자는 자신에 관한 개인정보의 접근, 정정 또는 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 legal@example.com 으로 보낼 수 있습니다. 이 이메일은 배포 전 실제 운영 이메일로 교체해야 합니다.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information about you by contacting legal@example.com. This placeholder must be replaced with the actual operating email before launch.
9. 개인정보 침해 / Privacy Breaches
개인정보 침해가 발생하고 Privacy Act 2020에 따른 통지가 필요한 경우, 키위도시는 관련 사용자와 뉴질랜드 Privacy Commissioner에게 필요한 통지를 할 수 있습니다.
If a privacy breach occurs and notification is required under the Privacy Act 2020, KiwiDosi may notify affected users and the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner as required.
